ABOUT the SERVICE
I have the pleasure to offer you an exciting journey through the flavors and techniques of creating a traditional sushi in the form of Omakase.
​
Through a detailed selection of fish, rice and vinegar, I will try to take you as near as possibly to the standards of the best sushi bars in Japan and Europe that prepare their menu in the traditional Edomae style.
​
I will use fish that is seasonally available and freshest at the time, working with vendors in the Frankfurt area I am able to offer numerous variations of the ingredients starting with fish from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal to diverse seafood such as oysters, crab, lobster, etc. as well as Japanese Wagyu beef.
