THE CHEF
I have been involved in Japanese cuisine for 13 years. I honed my skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and working on all sections in the main restaurant Kikunoi owned by
Mr. Yoshihiro Murata.
I also participated in a specialized program "Japanese Cuisine and Food Culture Human Resource Development" directed to chefs wishing to learn Japanese culinary art.

Awarded the silver medal and certificate of "Taste of Japan" in 2019 by Master Yoshihiro Murata and the certificate of completion of Kyoto Culinary Art College training in 2018.
​
I will strive to prepare Edomae style sushi and meals that reference the traditional Kaiseki style of Japanese fine dining derived from tea ceremonies.
